13. Scores for TIMSS at Grade 8 for Canada and the United   Kingdom were estimated by the EIU by taking into account the test scores of   their respective provinces/countries.
14.   Scores for TIMSS at Grade 4 for Canada and the United Kingdom were estimated   by the EIU by taking into account the test scores of their respective   provinces/countries.
15.   Scores for PIRLS for Belgium, Canada and the United Kingdom were estimated by   the EIU by taking into account the test scores of their respective   regions/provinces/countries.
